Stalled

Growing
You’ve grown and continue to grow organically. You’re considering what to do next. The agency is stable and feels largely predictable. You’re perhaps considering launching new services, entering new markets, leadership team development, repositioning or potentially growth through acquisition. Exiting
You’ve built a great business, you’ve reached your peak and there’s value in the business at a financial, brand, client/market share and team level. How I can help

Working on a 1:1 (or 1: few) basis with owner/founder, directors or boards, on a NED or uNED (Un-appointed NED) basis. Helping with business strategy, planning and tactical challenges. Typical engagements encompass rolling monthly meetings and regular, online traction sessions, plus ad-hoc (phone/WhatsApp) support.

I chair exclusive, intimate cohorts of agency leaders, delivering a peer-to-peer coaching experience. Capped at 15 members per group.
Cohorts meet consistently and regularly at full-day Mastermind sessions - held every quarter. We start with dinner, a time to relax and engage together, stepping out of your day-to-day time to reset.
Waking up refreshed and ready, we spend the full day working on your business. You’ll deep-dive into your agency, your personal and professional ambitions and growth blockers. You’ll share ideas, solve individual (and shared) challenges, and create momentum.
